Somnath:-

Somnath is traditionally considered the first pilgrimage site and the Dwadash Jyotirlinga pilgrimage begins with the Somnath Temple.It is believed that Somraj, the Moon God himself had originally built the temple out of gold. Somnath destroyed and re-built six times, is held in reverence throughout India and is rich in legend, tradition and history.

3. Mahakaleshwar:-

The Lingam at Mahakal is believed to be Swayambhu, the only one of the 12 Jyotirlingas to be so. It is also the only one facing south and also the temple to have a Shree Yantra perched upside down on the ceiling of the Garbha Graha (where the Shiv Lingam sits).

4. Omkareshwar:-

Omkareshwar is a holy town situated at a distance of 77 km from Indore. It is basically an island, in the shape of Om, on the confluence of the rivers Narmada and Kaveri. 6. Bhimashankar:-

7. Kashi Vishwanath:-

Vishwanath Jyotirling temple is perhaps the most sacred of Hindu shrines. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is popularly known as the golden Temple due the Gold plating done on its 15.5 meter high spire. One tonne of gold donated by Maharaja Ranjit Singh has been used in the gold plating of the spire.

8. Trimbakeshwar Shiva:-

9. Vaidyanath:-

Baidyanath Jyotirlinga temple, also known as Baba dham and Baidyanath dham is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the most sacred abode of Shiva. It is the principal shrine of Lord Shiva where Shivalinga or Jyotirlinga is installed in a cluster of 21 temples.

12. Grishneshwar:-

Ghushmeshwar Jyotirlinga is one of the twelfth Jyotirlinga shrines mentioned in the Shiva Purana "kotirudra sahinta", referred as ghushmeshwar jyotirlinga. Ghushmeshwar is believed as the last or twelfth Jyotirlinga on the earth. The temple premesis is very spacious and surrounded by a large wall on all the four sides. The Jyotirling and the Goddess, Grishneshwari, both are seen in inside the Garbha gruham. Lot of art work can be seen on the walls.
